Christmas Premiere and international performances
This Christmas-tide sees some of my recently published Christmas works performed.
Gabriel’s Message appears in several concerts. It will be performed at The Hospital of St Cross in Winchester, U.K. by Winchester College Chapel Choir, The Quiristers, and English Chamber Orchestra, conducted by Howard Ionascu on Friday 2 December.
A few days later it forms part of the Toronto Mendelssohn Choir’s Festival of Carols, a concert which will be given on both 6 and 7 December, and then available to watch online for the rest of the month.
Meanwhile, All and some receives its premiere at Nine Lessons and Carols given by the choir of St Peter’s Church, Limpsfield, directed by Cole Bendall, on Sunday 11 December.
Subsequent performances will include by Holmbury St Mary Choral Society at their concert, Peace on Earth, on Thursday 15 December, conducted by Cole Bendall.
It will also be performed at Wimbledon Choral Society’s Christmas Concerts at 3 p.m. and 6 p.m. on Saturday 17 December under the baton of guest conductor Jo Tomlinson at St Paul's, Southfields, London.
